A studio apartment in the beautiful gardens at The Green Cottage. The friendly owners, Jaimin and Lucy are here to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.
The Studio sleeps 2 adults and dogs are welcome. We can provide cots and beds for babies and children. There are so many beautiful walks and open countryside straight from the back gate. The Shropshire Hills are listed as An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and

Kitchen
The kitchen has a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, fridge and small freezer and is kitted out for all your cooking and baking needs.

A King size bed and views out onto the picturesque Shropshire countryside.
Bathroom
The bathroom is fitted with a large rain head shower and will be supplied with toilet rolls, hand wash, shower gel & shampoo. Towels also provided.
Outside terrace
There is seating on the terrace for you to enjoy the view and you can walk straight out the back gate to head out into the beautiful countryside.

We provide guests with a welcome basket of fresh sourdough bread, local honey, jam, butter and milk. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements or requests or if you would like breakfast to be provided.

THINGS TO SEE & DO
Walking
Shropshire is renowned for its beautiful walks and from your door you step out straight into some of the most beautiful walks the county has to offer, from strolls to hikes, the options are plentiful.
Further afield Shropshire has a vast array of walks from Carding Mill Valley & the Long Mynd to Offa's Dyke and The Stiperstones to name just a few. We have ordnance survey maps for your use and can advise on walking in the area.
Cycling is also very popular and there are many options from beautiful road routes to mountain biking on the Wrekin.
A short walk taking 30 minutes or so, leads you to the beautiful Grade II listed Riverside Inn, situated on the River Severn. Roughly a 2 mile walk, it takes you over the fields and down to the river where you can enjoy a drink taking in the view or cosy in by the fire for a hot meal in the winter.
The river Severn, at 220 miles long, is the longest river in Great Britain.

A 15 minute drive takes you to the beautiful Old Market Town of Shrewsbury with its Tudor Centre, lined with half timbered houses. The birthplace of Charles Darwin, Shrewsbury is one of England's finest medieval towns with over 600 listed buildings including the Castle and the Abbey.
It's a shoppers heaven packed with designer shops, new malls and an impressive range of independent retailers.
Shrewsbury also boasts some incredible restaurants, cafes and gastro pubs, showcasing very talented chefs who work wonders with local produce.
